By the very nature of Kickboxing, we can design a training programme that suits your requirements. We normally start with a standard kickboxing session that includes a warm up routine, technical work, padwork, striking and defence routines, strength training and flexibility. This gives you a full rounded workout that will improve your level of ability and stamina in all areas. We can then concentrate on areas that might need more attention or that might interest you the most, i.e. self-defence, stamina, flexibility, sparring, etc.
We can train you at the gym/studio we use in Kensington or at your home, place of work, local park, etc.
